Haute to Death Celebrates 15 Years of Dancing in Detroit WSG Justin Strauss (NYC) + H2D Friends
15 years is basically an entire lifetime when it comes to throwing parties. For their latest birthday extravaganza, Haute To Death has invited living NYC nightlife legend Justin Strauss to the decks.
If you have spent any time in the Detroit party or music scene in the last 15 years, then you most likely have been to at least one- okay, you’ve definitely been to a party hosted by the incredibly talented Ash Nowak and Jon Dones, the two masterminds behind Haute to Death.
The 15 Year Anniversary grand-fête will be taking place at their latest home, Marble Bar on Saturday, October 22nd with a line-up that will not disappoint. When have they ever let us down anyways? From their special edition New Year’s Eve parties to the splashy Pool Parties, and let’s not forget the classic “Bosses & Secretaries,” there have been too many nights to count or remember- or not- that we have to count our blessings for.
In the on-going spirit of their amazing record album cover flyers, this Anniversary Edition features a collectible vinyl record complete with a fully-functioning replica of Andy Warhol’s “Velvet Underground & Nico,” from 1967. Yes, the sticker heel design actually does PEEL OFF! the cover with a special design revealed underneath. Limited quantities are available for sale.
